Profile
Your profile controls how your name and picture appear to teammates on tasks, the team list, and assignee pickers.
Your display name and avatar are separate for each workspace. Switch to the workspace you want to update before editing your profile. Changes here do not affect your profile in other workspaces.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open Settings → Profile.
Change display name
Section titled “Change display name”- Open Settings → Profile
- Edit Display Name
- Click Save to confirm the name change - the new name appears on tasks and the team page
Change avatar
Section titled “Change avatar”- Under Avatar, upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 5MB
- The avatar shows in this workspace’s sidebar, team list, and assignee dropdowns
Your sign-in email is shared across workspaces and is read-only on this page. It comes from your Google account. To change it, update the email on your Google account and sign in again.
