Notifications
Personal notification settings control which emails you receive. Task reminders follow alert levels. Weekly Digest is your personal weekly summary, and Team overview is a separate summary for organization owners. Both summaries follow the digest schedule in Organization settings.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open Settings → Notifications.
Task reminder emails
Section titled “Task reminder emails”- Open Settings → Notifications
- Toggle Task reminders (task alert emails from alert levels)
- When off, you do not receive task reminder emails assigned to you - other channels are not available in the current release
Alert timing still runs for the workspace; only your delivery stops.
Weekly Digest
Section titled “Weekly Digest”- On the same page, toggle Weekly Digest
- This controls your weekly summary of upcoming and overdue assigned tasks, estimated hours, and last week’s completions
- Turn it off to stop the personal digest without changing your Team overview preference
Team overview
Section titled “Team overview”This toggle is visible only to organization owners.
- On the same page, toggle Team overview
- This controls a separate weekly email covering the whole team’s upcoming and overdue tasks, estimated hours, and last week’s completions
- Turn it off to stop the team summary for you; your personal digest and other owners’ preferences stay as they are
Both preferences save automatically. Owners can choose either summary, both, or neither. See Team overview and Weekly digest for more detail.
Both emails use the digest day set under Settings → General → Weekly Digest. Disabling weekly digests there stops both scheduled summaries for the organization.
