Reminders and alerts
OhYeh sends task alerts from alert levels on individual due dates and optional weekly summaries on a chosen weekday. Weekly Digest covers your assigned tasks; Team overview covers the whole organization’s work for owners.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- Alert levels: Alerts in the app sidebar: see Alert levels
- Weekly digest schedule: Settings → General: see Weekly digest
- Personal email toggles: Settings → Notifications
Who receives what
Section titled “Who receives what”| Task assignment | Task alert emails | Personal Weekly Digest |
|---|---|---|
| A role, with no specific assignees | All active members of that role | The task is included for every active member of that role |
| One or more specific assignees | Only the active people assigned to the task | The task is included only for those assigned people |
Each member’s notification preferences still apply. Alerts follow the task’s alert-level rules. Weekly digests require the workspace’s digest schedule to be enabled and include overdue and upcoming tasks. Inactive members receive neither.

How the weekly digest differs
Section titled “How the weekly digest differs”The personal digest is a summary of overdue and upcoming assigned tasks sent once a week on a chosen weekday (UTC). It does not replace per-task alert emails. Owners can separately enable Team overview for the whole team’s tasks and completions. Both summaries use the same organization schedule.
