Entities are records you define - people, companies, projects, or custom types - with fields, notes, and linked tasks.

Where to find it

Open Entities in the app sidebar.

Browse and search

1. Open Entities
2. Filter by entity type if you have several
3. Use the search bar to Search entities by name
4. Click a row to open Entity detail

Why use entities

• Keep client, supplier and contact information together in one place.
• Link tasks to entities so you always have the relevant context.
• Pin important information so it’s visible whenever related tasks are viewed.
• Record calls, emails and notes to keep a complete activity history.
• Make handovers easier by keeping business knowledge accessible to everyone.

You can use OhYeh with no entities - tasks alone work fine.
