Terms of Service

OhYeh is operated by Asidik Ltd, company number 10264436, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at The Old School, Burford Road, Black Bourton, Bampton, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX18 2PF. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OhYeh. By using OhYeh, you agree to these Terms. If you use OhYeh on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The service

OhYeh provides software for managing tasks, clients, reminders, team roles, alert levels, and operational workflows. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts and organizations

You must use accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access, roles, and permissions inside your organization. You must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, client records, files, settings, and other content you submit to OhYeh. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process it in OhYeh.

Workspace data exports

OhYeh does not currently provide self-service exports. Before access ends, a workspace owner may request a manual export of available Customer Content by emailing hello@ohyeh.io from the email address on their OhYeh account. The request should identify the workspace and describe the data needed. We may verify the requester's identity and authority to act for the workspace.

We will confirm the available scope, format, secure delivery method, and expected timing. These may depend on the data stored and applicable technical, security, or legal limits. Cancelling a subscription or ending use of OhYeh does not automatically create an export or deletion request.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use OhYeh for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, organizations, systems, or data;
• interfere with service operation, security, rate limits, or infrastructure;
• upload malware, exploit code, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as allowed by law; or
• use OhYeh to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, trials, renewal terms, cancellation options, and prices are shown at checkout or in billing settings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless cancelled before renewal, paid subscriptions renew automatically. You are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges associated with your subscription.

Third-party services

OhYeh integrates with third-party services including Google authentication, Stripe billing, Cloudflare hosting and storage, Resend email delivery, PostHog analytics when enabled, and Payload CMS for marketing content. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep OhYeh reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Termination

You may stop using OhYeh at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may harm OhYeh, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimer

OhYeh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhYeh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to OhYeh for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of OhYeh after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
